As we are writing this, our company is turning eight months. A lot has changed since the day it launched, but some things have stayed the same. We are a privately held company. We have made some mistakes along the way; yet we have never let a customer down! Our business is flourishing. Our initiatives started off on wavery legs which is an industry norm, but we have taken bold steps to empower our own and work constantly toward improvement.
